Fort Hood Soil Amendment Contract Awarded to USEPS

04 / 11/ 2011 - The US Army Morale, Welfare and Recreation Fund has awarded to US Environmental Protection Service, LLC a contract to conduct a 90 trial of H2OLD® at Fort Hood. The trial willl evaluate the impact H2OLD® has on a 12,000sqft area which will include greens, tees, and fairways.

Fox 8 Evening News Anchor Neil McNeil interviewed John Allen about our H2OLD® products and technologies for water conservation. The news story highlighted how our products and services can help with conserving water, reducing stormwater nutrient pollution, and improving turfgrass. USEPS and H2OLD® Added to USDA’s Biopreferred Program Catalog

USEPS and H2OLD® were added to the USDA’s Biopreferred program catalog.
USEPS was also identified as a source for products made from biorenewable resources.
With some exceptions, federal law requires government agencies to give preference to purchasing products that the USDA has designated as biobased. Government purchasing agents rely on the BioPreferred catalog to purchase biobased products, giving an important market advantage to those biobased.
